How does Smart Pricing work?
Smart Pricing shows every product on your menu priced below ALL selected competitors. Click Track on any product, raise the price in your POS, and ATHENA automatically detects the change, tracks units sold via hourly POS syncs, and delivers a weekly Revenue Impact Report every Monday showing exactly how much you gained.
Does ATHENA connect to my POS?
Yes. For Dutchie-powered dispensaries, ATHENA connects directly to your POS API. It syncs inventory every hour to detect price changes and track units sold — no manual data entry needed. The system handles both Med and Rec menus independently.
How often does the data update?
ATHENA INTEL scrapes competitor menus six times daily (every 4 hours). POS-connected accounts sync inventory every hour for near real-time tracking of price changes and units sold.
Can multiple people use ATHENA INTEL?
Yes. Each user gets their own independent session with private starred stores, selections, and reports. Multiple team members can use the dashboard at the same time without conflicts.
Does ATHENA INTEL work on mobile?
ATHENA INTEL is optimized for desktop and laptop screens since it's a data-heavy comparison tool. On mobile, the Search Strain tool lets you quickly look up pricing across dispensaries on the go. For the full experience, a larger screen is recommended.
